ONLY HIM - ALL THE REST ARE BONKERS (TOO RICH TO CARE MORE LIKE)

BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL SUCH 'PERSONAL' HOUSES WHEN THEY SELL EM THEY WILL LOSE EVEN MORE
